Geez, I'm gonna ruin my reputation here with this. Oh, well.
The lady in the next cubicle has an album full of sheets of stamps that her mother had collected. Some have errors. Is there a book she can get to research the stamps? Something like the Red Book is to coins? Thanks.

Prices don't change a lot from year to year so 2002 would give you a ballpark figure.
Edited to add I use the 2000 Brookman.
Laceupboots pretty much nailed it. There is also the "Black Book" and it covers errors.
