I've been on eBay since 1998. Although one of these may have been offered and I didn't see it, it's likely that isn't the case as I'm pretty good about checking errors on eBay often.

About 3 years ago a collector out of Denver offered about 3 or 4 "finned rim" Roosevelt dimes on eBay (all were business strikes). The error has been on eBay, just never as a proof (as far as I have seen).
