I bet a few people selling "guaranteed game-used" packs on Ebay are using this handy little device. This is kind of like selling burglary tools, in a way...
Those have always been around- there is a bunch on ebay now, he just took the extra step and listed it as a pack sealer and in the sports cards category. I am not sure if it would do a very good job, I am sure there is info about it out there somewhere on the net.
I like the line that says "You can reseal them and give them to a friend and see the expression on their face when they pull a great card" Right! It should say, "Wait til you reseal the pack and get negative feedback on eBay for selling a "Mint" pack with a bunch of crappy cards you inserted to make some quick $$!"

Reminds me of the time (1988 or so) I bought a slim-jim (like one would use to break into cars, not the beef jerky) at the Big Red Barn Swap Meet in Salinas (that's Nor Cali). Was $2, in a shrink wrapped and pre-printed package, WITH detailed instructions for each kind of car on the back. i.e. "Chevrolet- Push Down and To the Right." Never did use it but great conversation piece.

2 con artist were willing to pay $14.99 each- my guess is they got suckered. I don't think this would creat much of a seal on a pack.
