Mets got Mientkiewicz, Marlins got Delgado, Yankees got Martinez, where is Olerud headed?

John Olerud just got his cast off from the injury he suffered in the post season while with the Yankees. I think it was a toe that was in question--nothing career threatening by any measure.
He might miss a few days in the season, but that is no excuse to not consider him for a starting job.
I really wanted him on the Yankees, but we have Tino Martinez, who is no down grade. We are fine. The Mets would have loved to have him, but that's out now. Where can he play full time?
I have one senario. No team signs him. Olerud uses April to finish rehabilitation and the Yankees sign him in May. That is possible. Very possible.
I have no idea what team needs a first baseman right now. He is too good to be just a DH.
