Probably the easiest way to collect UNC Euros would be to connect with some of our members that live in the Euro countries and trade/buy direct.
Mint sets, UNC sets, and starter packs are also available on eBay.
Yes, there are some countries/dates/denomination coins that are a bit more difficult to find (ex. Finnish 1 & 2 cents). Germany still uses mint marks on their coins. Some of the early Greek Euros were minted in other countries and are so marked.
If you are interested in the expensive ones - search for Euros from San Marino, Monaco or the Vatican on eBay sometime.
Some countries/dates/denominations were not minted at all while others are only available in mint sets.
Minting of Euro coins began in 1999. Some countries dated their coins with the year minted (ex. Belgium) while others started with dates beginning with 2001 - when they became legal tender (ex. Germany).
There have been a number of commemorative Euros minted including special designs by Greece for the just past Olympics. Could form an interesting collection by themselves.

Of course if you are just interested in circulated coinage I have a jar full here from my trips to Europe! image

Watch our for "pattern" or "trial" Euros on eBay, such as here. There are a number of private issue coins/sets available for countries that have not switched to the Euro. Examples include England, Sweden, Denmark, Bulgaria, Hungary, etc.

Not all the sellers will label their auctions as un-official or not legal tender as this seller does.
