Poll: PCI Green holders - submit raw or crossover?

I've got an 1867 2c MS63 Brown 2c piece and an 1895 Indian Head Cent MS63 Red, both in PCI green label holders.
I think the 1895 1c has a good shot at 65 and I don't want the graders to have that "63" floating around in their heads when grading it as a crossover.
Would you submit these raw or try to cross them in the holders?
Money is no object (at least not in this case) because they are some free regular submissions I have
