Touched up?

Hi,
I have a 1995 Signature Rookies Auto card of Derrick Brooks. I want to have it authenticated and encapsulated without being graded but have a question first. The card looks to have been touched up on one corner. Being that the card will not be getting graded ( just the auto authenticated and slabbed) will PSA still do this even though the card appears to have been touched up? Any help is appreciated.

I have seen holders marked trimmed with autos - the card is altered but still authentic - so, IMO, yes - they will holder and authenticate the autos.
