1889 O Morgan, elliptical O and VAM-1A question.

Below are two reverse images of 1889 O Morgan dollars. The first being the regular O and the second having the elliptical O. Question, how common are the elliptical O's and which of two type O mint dollars have the VAM-1A with the letter E below the eagles tail. Of course neither of mine have the VAM-1A but I would like to know how rare they are. Thanks for anything you can add.

Yes, the oval O is a VAM by itself. I can't recall, since I haven't any but if it's like the 1888-O oval O then there is likely several oval O varieties, but don't quote me on that fact.
