1990-L Russian Proof Set, Value needed...

I have a friend that brought by a 1990-Leningrad 9 coin with mint token proof set. Can anyone tell me what it's value is?
She want's to sell it, But what is a fair ballpark figure?

They're about half of what they were originally sold for. They were widely hyped for many years and the secondary market has never favored them.
