  • Let me guess: "unsearched", right??

Don't know about the shill bidding thing.

  • Doubt if it's a schill, but did you read the entire post? He lowered the number to 20 bags further on down.
A 1943 copper Lincoln will still only buy a gumball out of the machine, but you can purchase the machine and the store with that same cent.
  • No, doesn't look like it to me.

  • absolutely there was shilling here.....a little tough to tell which one is the shill, though there are probably two ...looks very suspicious to me.

Doesn't look like a shill, but it does look like a pretty stupid auction. I can't believe suckers still pay big bucks for wheat cents.

    usedmusicbuyer ( 0 ) - US $6,800.00

Zero feedback placing a $6,800.00 bid? Naw, no shill here. image

Edit to say- I think the shill is used musicbuyer and got a little too greedy.

Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.

  • I agree.....there was also one other person involved........IMHO.....I'm sure if one looked into all of the feedback, the shills could be uncovered...I think it's a very common practice.....
