set ratings?

hello im relatively new to the PSA collecting world - i have one set registered (1990 leaf) and i was just wondering if anyone could tell me how the set ratings are calculated ? thanks

I believe the set rating is found by multiplying the weighted average GPA and the set completion percentage.
