Help with 1900-O Morgan - Micro O?

I was reading the thread about micro mint marks on Morgans. I got pictures from one of my favorite sellers and checked out several different years/mints. I thought I saw a possible micro O on a 1900-O. I'm not an expert. Here are four of the 1900-O's... same camera/angle/sizing. When I saved them in separate files and toggled through, the bottom one looked smaller. First I thought it was just low, but what do you think.. does the last one look small? Thanks.

Hi Norm, not a Micro O sorry.

When you find one in person, you'll know it, believe me. That mintmark is very thick on the sides, tilited and tiny! Here's some help on the 1900-O Micro O specifically:

It's a VERY NEAR date, with the '1' almost touching the neck. Also, there's a long straight die gouge between two letters of UNUM on the obverse. It is possible to see the obverse only and figure out it's a Micro.

Good luck. I grabbed one off an on-line site a year ago for $13. It's in a PCGS G-8 holder now.

    Some More help here.

I totally agree with Jack... when you see a real micro-O you'll know it. The coins you've pictured all have mintmarks that are clear and look like Os. The mintmarks on micro-Os look a LOT more like blobs.
    When in doubt, don't.
  • Thanks guys. I will keep looking. I'll find a cheap one yet.
