The February 2005 Coinage issue is devoted almost entirely to error coins. It covers some of the most popular errors, like the 1955 DDO. And it has interesting information about the Mint's increased vigilance to detect and destroy error coins before they ever get to the market, which means modern errors are becoming more rare. Another section discusses the "waffling" of coins, along with some other interesting articles.
I think I still have my issue, so I'll mail it free to the first person to request it via PM (I don't collect errors and know nothing about them).
