PSA label variations

Anybody know the usage years or significance of differnt PSA label backs?
I know the ones with the funky type on the fronts are the first ones, but what about the light blue backs, dark blue backs, dark blue with differnt fonts, dark blue with halogram, etc...
Whats up with that?
