OFF TOPIC..... BUT..... HELD HOSTAGE FOR EBAY FEEDBACK

Has this ever happened to anyone but me? I returned a coin that I had purchased however the seller would not l issue me a refund until I had left him POSITIVE feedback on ebay. We went round and round about it , and I caved in and left him glorious feedback. Call me weak, call me intimated......... but i want my money back, which I do believe he will send, that wasn't the issue.

BTW....... who would dare treat an individual this way......... you guessed it! An attorney.

It's probably illegal to do that... if you sent the stuff back, go file mail fraud charges instead of giving in image

This is why I always use PayPal with unknown sellers, and use my credit card. If this had happened to me as a buyer, number one I would have hit the jerkoff with a negative, and then immediately filed a complaint with PayPal. If PayPal did not reverse the payment, then I would file a chargeback with my credit card company, not only costing the seller the original amount, but PayPal's $10 chargeback fee on top of it.

I would have contacted ebay first, then his local law enforcement, his post office, his AG's office, My credit card, and basically anyone and anything that could cause him problems...plus would have looked into the following too....

a guy I worked with had some moron sell him a cell phone on ebay that was misrepresented. My friend told him he wanted his money back for the phone and postage since he was not honest in his description.

I am not exactly sure how but my friend was able to file something against this guy (a civil action) in our court that would probably show up until the end of this guy's life on credit reports, etc....

In the end, the guy finally paid for the phone, the return, plus all of the expenses on the civil action.

    Name him.
    NAME him.
    NAME HIM!!!!

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

I would send the email from him to ebay, maybe they'll kick his butt.

Post the seller's I.D. We need to know who NOT to do business with. If you don't want to post it, maybe PM on request?

Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.

  • If I did give him a positive it would be:

HERE'S THE POSITIVE HE BLACKMAILED ME FOR BEFORE HE'D REFUND MY MONEY!
  • Sounds like 2centsin return policy. I wonder if he came back under a new name?
Please tell us his eBay ID.
