Proof set question

I can probably search and find the answer but alot quicker just to ask. Did the 1985 proof set come with a COA? Every one I have does not have one in it.

Not positive but mine doen't have one either.

I just checked my 84's and they don't have one either. The 86's do and come to think of it none of the black boxes have COA's.
