I usually just toss the coins and keep the purple bubblewrap. Some day he may run out and it'll become a collectible itself.

Let me know if you want to buy some. There are several suppliers that sell it, and it runs about 50% above regular bubble wrap. You can also get it in blue, pink, green, red and a few other colors.
