PSA's service

My transactions are small, few, and far between but I have no complaints about PSA's service. I'm just a minnow in the graded card pond, but just within the last few months, these minor transactions and exchanges occurred:
a) 100 card bulk submission in September - received at PSA in 2 days, graded within 5 days, and returned in 3 days.
b) another 100 card bulk submission in December ($5 special) - received in 7 days, graded within 5 days, and returned in 2 days.
c) requested a master set. While it took awhile, I was immediately notified by BJ.
d) asked for BJ's help in adding basic set's 600+ cards to the master set. She did it there in one large batch, exchanging emails and answering other questions, all within about 45 minutes......and saving me a ton of time and wear & tear on the keyboard.
As much as we sometimes moan and groan about PSA , I really wonder if such responsive service is readily available from other grading companies.
I guess that labels me a PSA lover.....if so, so be it.
