1988/89 OPC Hockey rack packs

I've never heard of these before. Are they the rarest 80's OPC rack? The 81/82's are very tough.

I'm not sure about their scarcity. In 2002 I was buying up every sort of unopened pack and have several 82-83 OPC racks but never did run across any other hockey racks that I was interested in. I made a big goof and was thinking some of the 82-83's were actually 81-82's but am still happy I have them. There's a Hawerchuk rookie on the back of one.

I've seen a few sell on ebay in the last couple of years. I would imagine the '88s are at least as rare as the '81s.
