Hello.
I renewed my subscription last year (August I believe). I never received my book on conterfeit detection. I wrote a question here in November and you stated that by calling customer service I would be able to get my book. I contacted customer service in November and was told I would receive my book very soon.
I am still waiting. Is there another way to be sure the book is mailed?
How long should I wait?
