Will PSA grade Fleer Jersey cards?

Is the cost any different?

As long as they aren't too thick, PSA will grade pretty much anything. Check the submission center for what the limits are. And no, the cost is the same as a regular card.

If Fleer grades a jersey card are they saying that the Jersey is from the player it says it is...if so how do they know?

No, because most of them have probably never been near the palters. Most likely came right from a textile mill in China.

JoeStalin- I think you meant does PSA grade the jersey card. PSA does grade GU jersey cards, but only to the extent of the condition of the card. Whether the jersey on the card is from the player it says it's from falls to the card company issuing the card.
