Problem Updating Account at US Mint

Does anyone else have problems editting their US Mint account? When I press the button it goes to a blank page and says done, but the changes do not take. I would just call the 800 number for customer service, but I am overseas and that is not so easy.

Yeppers. Had the same problem. Didn't know if it was just me. My credit card was upgraded with a slightly different number and different expiration date. When I tried to update my account, it did the same thing as you.

In the past I had a problem when upgrading my credit card. The 800 number was no help so I contacted the Mints office in D.C.. The number I used 1-202-354-7391. Tell the person the problem an they will correct it.

Thanks folks. I did call the non-800 customer service number. They placed my order with a corrected address, but could not help with updating my on-line account. They transferred me to a senior customer service rep, who transferred me to a DC office. The DC office took the description of my problem and said they'd need to pass it on to the tech support staff who will contact me via e-mail.
