Yes, assuming it's as mark-free as that photo shows.

I wouldn't go near that coin. That type of toning is very ugly, and is negative in eye appeal. The 90-CC can easily be found with a nice sharp strike, this one is so flat it almost looks like a coin from New Orleans of this era.

I totally agree that the 1890-CC can be found with excellent eye appeal as demonstrated by the following coin in my
