Try the 1951 Festival of Britain crown with the Pistrucci reverse. It's Cu-Ni, big and inexpensive ($10-30).

JrG, get yourself a copy of Krause and start leafing through it. You can look around at all sorts of designs and start to get an idea of what might interest you. Plus, I am sure people here will be willing to share an image or two, right folks?

    I dig the 1935 dragon!
  • Welcome to the darkside. There are dragons on all sorts of coins. If you don't want to buy a Krause go to your local library and check one out. You will be pleasantly surprised and the choices you will find. Good Luck!
