Unfortunatelly a very small picture, so I cannot guarantee if I am correct. I cannot see any marks, but in my opinion there is wear on the coin, so I would grade vf (German Grading)
I wish I could post a higher res picture, but that's the biggest PCGS would allow.
What I'm looking for are the critical points for grading these coins. This coin has full detail on the eagle's feathers, but there's wear around the eye and on the wingtips. I can't see any wear on the reverse. I hope that helps.
It is not easy to dertermine wear on the reverse of that coin. Most critical points of this coins are the fields, they are sensitive. You have already found the points that show wear yourself, shall I attach a picture of a coin without wear?

Pictures in a higher resolutin would help.

Please do when you can, thanks.
I agree with Herr Udo. It looks like VF-XF range (US grading), but I simply can't tell from this small of a pic.
Come on over ... to The Dark Side!

I am wondering why PCGS does not allow you to post a picture in higher resolution.
Just took the pictures of the coin this evening. Look and compare, I hope they are helpful.
