If you can scan the Tom Landry card, put it on here, or describe the condition: corners, centering, creases, etc.
It is the best card you have listed so far without knowing condition. You don't have to submit cards from same year or all football, for example, for your first gradings.
Otto Graham from this year as well as Sammy Baugh are highly sought after cards.
I would take the Landry, Baugh and Graham cards from this year and submit with the Doak Walker, Graham and Motley card from your '50 set, but, again, are any of the other stars in outstanding condition.
Can you describe the condition,
Thanks,
Bill
These are 1952 bowman baseball and I also have a 1952 Berra card with a couple of creases.

I will post the pic in a sec.
Post the Campenella with it.
The Landry card is a PSA 5, maybe a 6, a PSA 5 goes for $165, and a PSA 6 goes for $250.
Now, if the other cards are as equal condition, or better, as you stated, you can be a happy collector.
Your firend, Bill
If you would post the rest of the best cards, we could def. tell you which ones to send in, but, so far, send in the Campenella and the Landry.
Bill
so what about the Graham, is it better?
Bill
both the '50 and '51 Graham's; Doak Walker, Lavelli, and Baugh,
But, since you are so full of surprises tonight, you can throw the Mickey Mantles on here, too, since you've been probably holding out on us.
Bill
Im sorry I dont have any Mantles Wish I did though haha.
thibs, you are impressing me here with some nice cards, graham is pretty nice, can't really make out the upper right corner, but, again probably a PSA 6.
Bill
bottom right corner and centering will probably make it a PSA 6,
Bill
go to the dealer thread and read all there is to know about offers . . . if you want to sell them, please put them on ebay and let me know they are on there (heh, heh, even though I'd love to have the Landry card) Seriously, do yourself and your cards justice and 1) get them graded; 2) put them on ebay,
you will get a good price for them and reward yourself for your efforst. (heh, heh, even though I'd love to have the Landry card)
and don't you dare take any offers on these cards on this site until you have them graded and know what they are worth
Bill
These are topps.

only if they are in nice condition, but, again, there is a market for all of these cards. the 50, 51, 52 Bowmans are sought after and a lot of collectors and getting into them.
If I remember, you mentioned that you inherited or were given these cards. Don't you have an interest in collecting? Your star cards will never go down in value. Unless you need the money, and since I think you got the cards for nothing, these would be a great thing to hang onto. so, if you sell them, what are you going to do with the money. I don't think there is a better investment than what you have. You invested nothing, are sitting on a lot of money, if you get the money, where will it go. The only answer I can think of for selling these cards is: education!
Bill
Thibs
1) quit collecting the new stuff, for so many reasons (it's expensive) I can't begin to list them here, but one reason I will list is that in 1950, 1951 and 1952 no one knew — when they bought the cards — to save them, keep them nice and not throw them out every year . . . that is why they are worth a lot of money.
2) to get all of your cards graded will cost a lot of money, too, so, you can't get them graded all at one time.
3) you have six free submissions to PSA. Send the six cards in we talked about. Take the Lavelli, for example, put it on ebay and sell it and take the money to get more cards graded. Keep doing that (getting cards graded and sell them to get spending money and to get more cards graded) but, if I were you I would hang on to the Otto Grahams, Tom Landry, Sammy Baugh, Campenella. Trust me, when you get to be my age you'll be glad you did! (even though I'd love to have that Landry)
4) be patient and be wise. You're 16 and these cards will not only give you extra money, but will provide a good experience in dealing with all the other great collectors and buyers. Keep the good ones for yourself.
Your friend,
Bill
