PCGS has started to deliver re-runs!!

Yesterday I get this E-Mail that I have grades... It's like the movie Groundhog Day! I'm going to get the same grades over and over and over again!!

It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

    I got reruns on my Collectors' Club freebies last year.

    First I got the Silver Eagle...

    then a week or two later, another one came...

    and then a short while later, another!


    Those kinda reruns I can live with. image

    Me too! The first was the wrong date screwup, which I sold. The second was the correct one which, of course, I also sold.

  • Hey There -

    Obviously you shouldn't be getting the same e-mail twice. Is it possible that you sent in two submissions and used the same submission form?

    A lot of the time we have folks either print two copies of the submission form from the web or photocopy a form... When this happens it'll look like you are getting duplicate notifications via e-mail but in reality the system is just sending you information on each order. Although they might both have the same submission number, in our system they have different internal order numbers.

    Me three! I called PCGS and tried to give it back. They thanked me but said it wasn't worth the postage.

    Heck, I rec'd THREE e-mails in one day (last week), telling me an order had been shipped (same invoice)!
    Funny, I never got the one to tell me they were done!

    My Email last night was for a submission I did not send in.

    Marty informed me this morning that I just Dorked the whole thing up....image

    May not be PCGS I sometimes get double copis of email's. Everthing the same just like it cloned it's self in the void of the internet. And they don't all come at the same time.
