I sold a 1908S Indian head today

Its the first coin I bought in almost 2 years wow its hard to believe its been 2 years since I actually bought a coin worth anything. Well I droped out to my favorite coin dealer and he bought it from me for 52$ which is great considering I only paid 5$ for it at an auction. It was a bulk lot of Indians culls and what do you know this one slipped through who ever culled these Indian's How the hell could they have missed it. It was a lower grade so it wasent a big loss to sell it considering I already have 2 more.

Nice things happen when you least expect it.

    Hi Byron,
I hear you on the 52 beans.....If only I held out one more day. It went up 27 cents on friday, an extra 135 fish. It's tough to actually make any money on physical bullion. Only works for me on occasion.....
Keep finding those sweet cull indian lots !!!

I've got a similar story to yours, only my 1908-S hasn't been sold. I got it for 75 cents at Gillio's in Santa Barbara...which was an outrageous price for the other junk in the cheapo Indians tin....
