PSA Pages and Binder Capacities

Just curious if anyone has used the PSA ultra pages and the MJ Roop binders?
The Wade Boggs basic set is 81 cards deep, which would be 21 pages. I assume 8 pages per binder, which would necessitate 3 binders, and then the remainder of the of the master set which I won't get in graded form in regular 9-card pages.
Should 8 or 9 pages of the ultra pro PSA card pages fit per binder?
