Trading was very good with a fair sized crowd. Lots of Morgans and some nice slabbed stuff.
I saw a couple of board members there and exchanged thoughts and ideas on the coin market, as well as sharing looks at each others coins.
At lunch I took Tootawl out for lunch as promised to him when his birthday occoured a few weeks back. Cliff showed me his impressive Paper money collection.
I left about 2:30 PM so as to beat the traffic on the drive home. I did cherry pick some nice proof sets and will post pictures tomorrow.
Oh, and last but not least! Mike Dixon is always boo-hooing about not getting anything to drink at his shows. Cliff and I took care of the fella today.......

It looks like the diet Pepsi was more popular than the diet Coke
I was hoping that I got the right kinda of Coke since I wasn't about to drink that myself. As I was leaving, I heard Mike say something under his breath (but loud enough for me to hear) about wanting a 2 liter bottle next time since he is there 2 days. GEEESH!! You give a mouse a cookie and wants a glass of milk to go with it. The man is never happy!
.
For me, mint sets, proof sets and modern commemoratives were hot.

At least the sodas were warmer that it was outside.

Not really. The Pepsi got there before the Coke did.

<< <i>I would like to publicly thank Cliff and Ken for bringing the sodas! Thanks, I really enjoyed them! >>
You're welcome. We know if we didn't you be complaining about it right now!
I didn't get to the show until about 2:30 but had a chance to see some pretty 50's mint sets that Michael Dixon had at his table.
Almost bought an 1864 CN Indian cent in XF/AU. Some of the dealers said they had done some good business earlier in the day.
I also saw a few new dealers (at least I don't think they have been here at the last few shows).
