Guess the grade - 1968 Proof Washington Quarter

I know its tough to judge these coins by pictures, but anyone care to take a guess?

Is it an ANACS slab? What slab is it? If you let me know that...then I can probably give a better guess.

I assume that I'm wrong then, if I am, I'll go with PR69CAM.

Can't really get a gist of the quality of the coin from that photo. But, I'm pretty certain it's not DCAM.

69CAM - I love it. 68 Washingtons are tough in CAM or better.

I am thinking along the same lines....something about the obv I don't like....that could be on the slab or coin though.

I am beginning to think that Ngc has tossed out the word cameo from their vocabulary.

Thats why I guessed pr 68 and not cameo; because it was in an NGC holder

If I would have seen this post earlier I would have said 69 no cam. The reverse doesn't have a full cameo. PCGS and NGC both require a full cameo across all of the fields. This coins is beautiful but the eagle has non-cameo wings on the reverse.
