Man, that's one snazzy picture!

Honestly, what are people thinking when they put a picture like this in a listing? Is this some kind of modern artist's rendering of a '57 Mazeroski Rookie?

The Spectral Maz Rookie

I know this guy's feedback marks him as neither experienced nor a great seller, but I would think common sense would tell you that you are not going to maximize your sales putting up a pic like that.

Looks like Mr. Magoo shot that with a 1934 Brownie with a smeared lens.
  • Let's not be too harsh on this one. Look at the previous auctions. First off, the seller has been a member since 11/04 so a low number of completed auctions is to be expected. Secondly, with the exception of a few stock photos, all of his pics are dark or fuzzy and he still received good feedback. This is obviously a case of someone not knowing how to use their digital camera or its a cheap camera. I might be willing to give this one a chance and I'm in Richmond, Va. I wonder if he'll let me view it in person.
