This is a PCGS Pr69DCAM wash commem. But there is no SN.

My guess is no, but it is graded-certified

    I think the actual serial number is the number on the reverse. PCGS has done stuff like this before.

    Well, I was too late in responding that the cert # was on the rear..
    But, on the same topic, has anyone had better luck than I, removing the proofs from their mint holder? Holy Toledo! It's not easy!
