Coin ID help, from a sketchy sketch

It is 21mm, has a serated edge and looks like really low grade silver or silver washed. I think it's Ottoman, possibly a para. There is a a number 2 in arabic numerals on the reverse and a toughra on the obverse.
The edge design looks like it goes all around the coin on both sides, but the sketch is based on all i can discern. I can't tell if it is a wreath or anything though. The coin is very worn and it looks like there may be more design elements below what is drawn on the reverse side.

It does look like it's from the Constantinople mint too.
I think it's Adbul Mejid 10 or 20 para.
It looks like the last number in the date is a 5.
I don't have a scale so I can't use mass to find what denomnation it is. Does anyone know the diameter of the 10 and 20 para?
