No clue... but I do like that toning I have a Merc with similar album toning, and there was a Merc in TBT's case at FUN, that was formerly Tassa's, that has very similar color, and I really like it

MS64 but the glare prevents the ability to ascertain FBL or not.

This coin will grade MS63/64 FBL @ PCGS. The reeding on the forehead of Ben and the dings in the left Obverse feild will hold it around these grades.

I believe NGC will not grade this one at FBL because of the dings on the upper bell lines and the top set, bottom line, 1/2 way left from crack is weak.

Looks to be a solid 65FBL, with a good likelyhood of MS66FBL. And unless there is a flaw(s) , other than the milling marks in the eye brow area, and not visible in the pix, you can take that to the bank!
