Ok lets play a new game. Post your graded card with the grade blacked out. Then people will try to guess the grade!

Ok I will start first:

okay, I'll take a bite before I go to dinner:

1) superb smack on centering
2) love the rough cut at the top, which doesn't hurt the grade
3) four sharp corners for sure
4) gorgeous card

the grade: a definite PSA 9, but did you bait us to start with maybe a higher grade 10?

I am going with a 9. The right edge doesn't look bad, but it's not as clean as the left edge.

Top bottom centering is off. There is a rough cut and some chipping on the edges which isn't bad since most of the PSA 10's of this issue have it on them as well.

I'd say PSA 8. Since you listed it on here it's probably a tricky one and is a PSA 9.....prolly messing with us.

If I was a grader and I was marking it my hardest (as we are all suggested to do) I would give it the 8 grade for the centering, chipping and rough edge.

That card is a 9 all the way. Centering is well within 55/45, the only thing stopping it from being a 10 is the slightest chipping along the right edge.

I'm chiming back in since I was the first post . . . again, I don't think rough cut affects grade. Minimum 9 on this card.

I'll say an 8. I am collecting this set on the Registry, but as mentioned, even some of my 10's have that slight chipping on the gray part of the borders. It looks a little more noticeable, maybe due to the scan - but overall with the rough cut top I'll say 8.

I agree there are some print spots, and the top-bottom centering is off. It's an 8.

Ahhh- the new guy on the forum wins. Unfortunately I have no graded cards to post but I am in the process of getting 6 graded (the freebies with my membership purchase). I'll post another one of my parkies that I'm having graded. It may be a week or two until I get them back from PSA but I'll post the answer when I get them. This is Boom Boom Geoffrion - one of my best cards.

WOW! A "gem mint 10?" I'll leave my opinion out, but it seems a bunch of people thought the centering, print spots and the rough edge would count for something. Lets see our next "test" somebody post a good one.

The Parkie is gorgeous... even with the slight corner wear, I think they will grade it an 8.

I'd go with a 10 for the Boggs card and a 4 for the Wagner card.

I agree with the boggs "10" I'll go for a "3" on the Wagner due to the paper seperation on 2 of the 4 rough corners. looks like a little corner paper loss on the corner as well. I personally think there is no way it can be anything but a 3 or 4 assuming the back is clean, and it seems to me to be right in the middle. Ultimately depends upon if it was graded on a monday or a friday

I think all four corners look to have some wear. I don't know what centering should be for the card, but there looks like a lot of border at the top. The last thing, and I am not sure if it is the scan, but on the bottom left is some white mark by where the word "rub" is.
