PSA/DNA holder

doesn't PSA/DNA encased cut autograph into a holder? how come there are lot of items like the following that i seen on ebay isn't holdered? thanks

    I think you get to choose if you want it slabbed or not. I have a few things to send in that I would like to get framed with 8x10 pictures. I hope they don't slab them, it wouldn't look as nice in a frame.

    Thats because PSA/DNA didn't slab that, that was slabbed by the owner of the autograph.

    The owner probley had the PSA/DNA certificate and put the auto in a screw down and then printed up a PSA/DNA sticker to put on the slab.

    A real sticker would have a serial # on it.
