Does PSA EVER email you to tell you the status of you order?

I thought somewhere it said period updates were sent via email? I am no longer getting emails where cards are recieved. Just recently, they are not sending me emails with tracking numbers, when items were shipped? Checked status, says shipped on 1/17, still no tracking number. Also, do the packages ever come in time for Sunday's ebay auction. Not bashing, just curious if the email issues are with every one. I have my girl on the inside takin care of business, sometimes I get an email "in sealing". But it gets annoying after all the grading time, to wait for shipping, and now no shippig confirmations?

I used to receive an email when the cards were first entered into the system, but now I just get the grades and shipping email.
I actually got an email the other day saying my grades were ready. I just about flipped, thinking about the fast turn around. Turns out, the grades were for a submission several months back!
I haven't received any of the "Thank You for your PSA submission"; the one they used
to send me when they received my order.....not necessarily logged in, but received which
eases my mind. I always get paranoid when I ship off an order. Without the email telling me
they received it, I just have to rely on the registered tracking # to see if it was delivered.
I've gotten used to it.
I think the best status report check up is GAI's format. Although I haven't sent them
anything for the last 12 months; their status report is by far the best.
Although they don't send you emails stating when they received it or when it goes out
(first time customers, they will call you when they got it, and when it goes out and they'll
tell you your grades over the phone), but the status check box lists 4 stages after you enter
your submission # :
Processing: they got it, Grading: obvious, Sealing : obvious, Shipping Department: done.
I used to call them when I saw the "Sealing" stage pop up and Danny Fisher would tell me what
I got. Never ever any grief or annoyance tone; but rather always a happy pleasant tone like they
were glad to hear from you.
I thought PSA did it as well?
