Value of two 1976 Reno Casino Medallions

Can you help me with the value of the following Casino medallions?

We have:
one 1976 $5 Bronze coin - The obverse of this coin is says, “Holiday Hotel and Casino” and along the bottom “Reno, Nevada”. The reverse says, “Holiday Hotel and Casino”.

one 1976 $25 Silver Coin - The obverse of each coin is says, “Holiday Hotel and Casino” and along the bottom “Reno, Nevada”. The reverse says, “United States Bicentennial”.

The Holiday Hotel and Casino struck the medallions as a tribute to America's 200th birthday and the Holiday's 20th anniversary.

I have an article dated January 23, 1976 in the Nevada State Journal and Reno Evening Gazette describing the medallions. In the article they say that 5,000 Bronze $5 medallions were made, 2500 Silver $25 medallions were made and 2000 10K Gold $100 medallions were made.

Thanks in advance.

  • I think Kyle Knapp (Showoff Coin) deals in these, so he might be able to help. Don't recall his forum ID offhand.
