  • Same here. I sent in two lots before Thanksgiving and still nothing. One was a lot of 100 and the other was just 8 cards.
  • I have been in those shoes befor. Lots of people submiting weeks or months after me getting their orders finished befor. I was also told they are in the spec room. I have an order there ( not long) but with 2 stamps PSA has never graded befor. 1982 Boston Herald A fellow board memeber found them in the Beckett book in minutes . And it should take PSA minutes , the rest of my order was regular every days cards mostly from 90's. But my order will too sit in the spec room for a month or so. My point is there is no explaining PSA's system. I remember complaining and being told a number of things..stop whining what do you expect for 5.00 etc.....call psa ..that won't get it done faster. It just doesn't seem fair Mr Jackstraw pays like any other member and submitts his cards why should he have to wait 10x longer for his grades? First in first out ! Unless you pay for a faster service and yes they are avaliable and according to some people they are receiving 2 day service for 5.00. ..... I would like to know why is it PSA can grade an order in 2 days but another sits for 60 days? Waiting can cost people money! Just a rant...sorry

I have no doubt that submitting cards for player master sets (or other "oddball type sets") slows down the grading process. I submit a lot of Marino cards and more than half are insterts/parallels/oddball and the other half are base cards. Every time I have submitted Marino cards, I've waited at least 1 1/2 to 2 months. When I submitted under the bulk modern, my grades were posted on the 44th business day and the $5 special took nearly two months. I can understand that it takes longer to grade cards that have to be researched, however it is still aggravating to wait 2 months when others are having their orders graded in a week or less.

This is very maddening. I have a $5.00 special order that was logged January 4th and still no grades. Others, who had their cards received after mine, have already received their cards back. What is very frustrating is that I have no oddball cards on the order. The only thing remotely close to "oddball" are some 1978 KISS Donruss cards BUT they should not be oddball now since I have already had a ton previously graded. I just can't see the KISS cards holding up the order now. The rest are standard issue cards from 72 to 91.

Like someone said before, time is money. I plan on selling some of the cards I sent in to fund MORE grading on the sets I collect. Now I have to wait while others get their orders finished way before mine. I agree it should be first in, first out. This simply makes no sense. PSA should explain this issue. PSA???

    Another impatient collector.

For what it's worth, I had a $5 special order logged in on 12/8 that finally received grades yesterday 1/19.
