Found a couple of nice Morgans today on the bay.
I think this is the second textile Morgan I ever owned......
The second Morgan looks like it could have a nice tone to it.
Cant tell what the 3rd one will look like. It looks like a mess of colors....
The pictures are the sellers......
Since they are a common year(1884-O) would you send them to Pcgs or NGC?
Thanks
Tom

The seller has a 7 day return and fellow board members have bought from them posting positive feedbacks so i'm hoping they are ok.

I am sure you will be fine...the reverse scans are just really bad and look flat and without luster..I don't think the coins will actually look like that.

this is an art not a science and to be quite frank i have seen monster toned textile toned ms66 coins trade for 12,000 ...and i have seen them trade for 1,000....the key is knowing where to go with it ( who is the buyer ).......a confident buyer ( aka experienced collector or dealer ) will pay all the money for a great coin
bottomline...coins that trade way off the sheets is a who do it know business
for example guys like mike defalco ( aka coingame2000@aol ) builds the most wildest collections there are for his clients all the way down the lesser kinds of coins......he is quite easy to deal with and will tel you .....this is a 500 variety...this is a 3000...this is a 7000 and this is a 12,000 variety...obivously he has to make a living and the end user pays for his expertise and judgement....but i gota tell ya...his clients with the 12,000 variety coins will stop your heart so you better bring the paddles and crash cart
andy kimmle`s "comet" almost made me pass out...as well as mike 88-0...value....priceless......almost!!

ps....you have to be in tune with the market for monsters...if you arent and you blink...its gone....so get in tune...when you see it and can aford it...take the shot..pull the trigger.....you might never get another one at it
