Hmm. Seller says it's cleaned but I'm not sure.

    It looks to me as if I see tons of hairlines, I'm sure it is.

    Sorry I didn't put my sarcasm thing there.

    Hairlines? It looks like someone scraped that thing on asphalt. I can accept some cleaned coins, but even this is tad on the harsh side for me.

    You may not be, but I am- cleaned as the day is long.....
    And anytime an ebay seller states that a coin has been cleaned, go ahead and believe them.....

    Looks like it was cleaned on a wire wheel on a bench grinder thus the porus surface.
    or
    It was corroded but there's no corrosion on it now so it has been cleaned.
    But either way it's clearly cleaned.
    Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

    that coin is more cleaned that mr. clean's big bald head. ( and probably has more bumps too.)
