How are these made?
Couldn't they be faked very easily?

    I can't take credit for creating that page - I forgot I even had a copy of it archived. It was created by Mike Wallace, he graciously allowed me to maintain it when his site moved. None of the links work, they still point to his old site.

    Thanks a lot. The part near the bottom was especially helpful, about counterfeit detection.
