Moving On Up To Number 5

Well got the results for my latest PSA submittal - Got Four 6's, Four 5's and One 4; about what I expected. Added them to my PSA HOW set and it moved me up to number five. The guy at No. 4 is within reach but realistically that's about as high as I can expect to go. There I just need to get another 160 cards graded, which I will as finances permit.
New submittal going out this week - Eight World In Arms Cards and Two very nice high number Home Defense cards.
I was pleased with the turn-around time. Sent the cards in under Vintage Commons (Ten Day ), received 1/13, results posted 1/18.

Did you pick the cards you got graded off Ebay? Most of the raw stuff that I see on Ebay never looks like it would get near a 5 or 6.
thanks
Matt
Well I still have about 200 Horrors of War Cards, 25 World In Arms Cards & 137 Uncle Sam/ Home Defense Cards I want to have graded - based on what I've seen so far I'd say 5% will be 2 or 3's, 20% will be 4's, 60% will be 5's and 15% will be 6's with maybe a stray 7 somewhere.
Well joining PSA has been a real eye opener for me, but having fun getting my cards graded and building my PSA set registry. Now If only I can get PSA to add the Uncle Sam/Home Defense set.

Why don't you just ask them to? I checked the Set Request list and this isn't on there; unless you made the request recently and it hasn't made the list yet. Go to the set registry home page and click on Set Request.
