Why doesn't he just abandon that id and start over.

I'd much rather buy from a zero feedback seller than from a crook.

  • This demonstrates one of the beauties of ebay. Anyone who would buy after seeing those feedbacks should understand what a bad gamble this is. Where else can you get such feedback on specific items?? This redefines "buyer beware" Great post!! Thanks, Bob

I don't know how to link but....

Look at his Items for sale...c'mon now...who in their right mind would allow cards of that caliber to sell for so little...and he doesn't accept paypal? so when you report him he doesn't get the money taken away from him, because you sent him a money order or check... What do you all think? you think this is just a scam?

True, but sad to say even if he started another ID with 0, he would probably
make more money scamming off people without the crap feedback behind him.

$12.00 per box on something that could be shipped for half that plus he claims they will be shipped Fed Ex overnight which is probably b.s.
Plus $3.00 for insurance! He lives in Madison,Wi. which is about an hour away from me.Maybe I should win something and go pick it up! image
  • brianwintersfan...please do...and if it actually sells for that cheap...buy it all, I wanted a few 52 Mantles for $50...but seriously do it...and let us know...
  • I am so tempted to bid on those Mantle and Mays rookie cards. Who knows, I could hit the jackpot! image

I live in Minneapolis and wouldn't mind a trip to good ole sconny for a little card pickup...
Ted Williams, Willie Mays, Tom Seaver, Mike Schmidt, George Brett, Bob Gibson, Lou Brock player collector
  • I just emailed him and told him I would fly in to pick up several of the cards and pay him personally, and he said somethinglike: "I don't allow people to come to my house whereas I had children and no gun for protection." I then just emailed him back telling him we could meet at a mall, a very busy public place for exchanging of cards and funds...Lets await his reply...
  • look at this!!!!!!!! BEFORE BIDDING LOOKK LOOKOK!!!

He'll probably try to pass this off as the real thing or try to bust
that rivetted holder open. Hopefully all the plastic pieces will explode
in his face and cause serious injury or death and we'll never have to
    see him again.
