Picked up my new digital camera today.......

I started to get real frustrated with my Kodak 5MP camera for taking coins shots. There is no setting for Macro capaibilities and no white settings for light. Weel, today I fixed that. I went out and bought a Nikon D70 and ordered a macro lens to start. I am looking forward to getting over the learning curve and to begin to take nice detailed pictures of my coins.....

OK, Oney! here are two links that you will find useful. The first is the Nikon D70 users group on the Nikonians web site. If you ever have questions about anything D70 or photography related someone here can and will help. The other is an article on building a pretty neat do-it-yourself soft box. It was written by one of the guys on the Nikonians web site and it works very well for coin photography.
