Heh, is this a fake or what?

Sometimes, it's just amazing to see image

I thought about emailing the bidders to warn them, but now I'm thinking he's shilling his own bids.

I know it's goofy, but in this case "authentic" does not mean it's a real Brewers jersey. It's not even intentionally implied.

Yeah, but do you think he should have at least spelled Paul Molitor's name right?

That's cool, Mike. I have a genuinely certified Honus Wagonner game-used jersey. Authenticated by PSG/DNA.

  • I don't collect pre-war stuff (don't have enough $$ to do that too!), but how can people possibly bid on these cards?? They can't possibly be real. Even without seeing that someone recently accused KIM of sending fakes.
You know, I'd really like to buy myself a new Ford GT, I think I'll sell some fake Mickey Mantle rookies on EBay and see how I do.
And people wonder why dealers with high prices sell this (and others) card for so much.

Oh, and nice spelling on the Molitor jersey. Stupidity.

<< <i>....this card is being sold just as u see it...nothing more nothing less if you can use it ...it's a beauty... being sold as a copy/reprodution as it is ungraded.... >>

It's all in the way the description is written - "being sold as a copy as it is ungraded" is the standard rhetoric of the crooks selling this crap! It plays on a person's "wishful" thinking that they may just find the Hope Diamond up a goat's ass.
