Economy Morgan VAM crossover grades in 50 days

I'm pleased enough with the results. The DNCs were among the cheapest of the bunch, and the most expensive coins (#6 and #8) crossed at the same grades. This was a group of coins that looked "suspicious" enough (or maybe I'm paranoid?) that I didn't have the guts to break them out and send in raw. The minimum grades are what I thought the coins would grade at PCGS.

What I'm totally mystified about is, a batch of Economy raw VAMs I dropped off the same day (11/22/04) were logged in on 11/23/04 but are not done yet.

Oh well... wonder what the DNCs look like; I've already forgotten.

Dennis, did PCGS list the VAM number on the holders?

If not, do you know when they are going to start their VAM attributions?

They did not list the VAM numbers on the holders.

PCGS is getting close to doing so... very close. At the PCGS luncheon at the FUN show David Hall was asked about VAMs and when, and he took a REAL long pause before answering: "We're going to do something soon."

Based upon his body languange and facial expression, I think it's going to be in 90 days or less.
