My first submission from November netted five 1974 PSA 10s out of 80 cards. Those were sold on ebay. Today I got the results from my second submission in December. Of the fifty cards, I received two PSA 10s, 43 9s and 5 8s. Looks like the 10s will go up for auction, about 35 9s will be added to my 1974 set registry, and the rest will also go on ebay. Once again, I very pleased with the results. Gotta go....time to celebrate!

<< <i> I have heard that simple submissions of cards from mostly the same year(s) move faster but I don't know if that is true. >>
I think that's a very true statement. I get p*ssed because it always takes my submissions so long to get graded but I tend to submit a lot of oddball Marino cards - which must take longer to look up - thus slowing down the grading process.
By the way, I have no idea how you get so many 10's. I have submitted at least 80 beautiful mint 1981 topps football, which I pulled from rack packs recently, and have received just one 10!!!! Out of the 3 beautiful Montana rc's that I submitted, I received one 9 and two 8's. It's funny how I received nearly all 9's - except for the Montana's which were some of the nicest cards in the lot. PSA must be rationing out 9s and 10s for Four Sharp Corners. They must not have hit their quota for the month.
