I think everone is in a post-FUN mood and

trying to decipher what the HECK is going on between Velveeta and Lord.

and is the market really HOT?

    or incandescent?

and are jelly donuts really better than a bagel and lox image

In answer to some of the cogent points you raised:

    1. I like to eat Jelly donutes together with a bagel

lox and cream cheese. Smoetimes a little red on

2.The market will go PHEH for a number of months.

Too many auctions, too many coins, too much of everything.

3.Between Velveeta and Lord, I think it started out to be

humerous and just got carried away between two knowledgable

    but competative indeviduals

    4. As for folks being in a post FUN Funk, SNAP OUT OF IT,

    5. WHAT WE ACTUALLY NEED, IS A NEW STORY FROM CLANKEYE.

People are not allowed to relax.

When not working they should be online.image

Almost need a rest from FUN activity. I wasn't able to go, but watched the bidding on LiveBay. Got a few purchases (won't say wins) but let an after market no-sale get away. I have been trying to sell some spares. Selling seems to be in molasses while buying always seems to be at warp speed.

I'm actively selling some coins that got me unfocussed. They were just pretty and sparkly. I had to have them. Now, going back on the market. Also selling the rest of my collection from 25+ years ago.

Actually looked at some coins today that are my 'B' coins. Found that one of my 1952 Washies was a Superbird. Finally took the time to look. Looking for VAMS in my Morgans before they go. So, it's back to basics here - just looking at coins.

  • I think everyone is busy uploading new icons ... or else waiting for the bullet auctions to close.

By the way, anyone else think Shana Hiatt (World Poker Tour) makes a good icon?

  • I thought I did O'K by posting the news about the Mershon set being sold. I guess we could make up some more news.

How about "The Blay Lincolns being sold at Central States"?? Think that will get things going?

If I knew this forum was slow I would have posted my question here instead of the U.S. Coin Forum. If you're bored, feel free to chime in
